Loved it..pizza better than anything in NYC

Very nice beer and wine list. Great menu and food was delicious. I enjoyed the live music but it was a tiny bit too loud.

Great food!! The nosheri and the buffalo chicken quesadilla were outstanding! The music is a real treat, but I like the folk style anyway. Service is quick and cordial. Definitely will be going back.

Came upon this amazing eatery by chance , I was lost, very lost....and hungary. It was 5:30pm, the place was empty and from the outside it appeared much less casual than I was dressed for. I was greeted at the door by a friendly waitress who gave me a choice of seating and a menu. The ambiance was delightful, complimented by an eclectic collection of local and world Art. The restaurant was comfortable and clean. The food....OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS !!!!!!!!!! All homemade. I had Roasted Pork w/ Plum sauce that I'm still salivating over. Beautiful presentation. Portions for a man (thank goodness). Beer & wine available, but I was driving a bus, none for me. Just out of the oven Carrot Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting (OMG gave Grandma's a run for the money). Thank you Robert (Bob) for a fantastic dinner in the North Woods of Maine. Joe 'the bus driver'

The pizza is great, we tried the Tuscan pizza and a meat and cheese and they were so delicious. I love thin crust pizza but sometimes it ends up tasting like cardboard, they make a very thin crust without it getting too crispy. The salads are huge! And full of different ingredients. We got a salad with Romaine, spring mix, corn, almonds, cranberries, delicious croutons, and goat cheese. I love how close to home they are and every time I go they are always super friendly!

Slow service food is pretty good.

What a surprise to find a spot like this in such a small town! Great craft selection, and serve! The food was incredible! Hope I can go back!

Great service and food

Nice ambience but kind of expensive, the service wasn't good, and portions small. My husband's dinner was served so much sooner than mine that he shared his with me and we just took mine to go. His chicken alfredo tasted good but my to-go pizza was the saddest thing ever, toppings so sparse and shredded it was hard to tell what it was or that it was there. Very disappointed.

The building was quaint and the food was delicious. We were in a room for a private party and the waitresses were very attentive and pleasant.

Awesome place. The meat pies were to die for. I had the Yellow Fin Tuna and it rocked the house. Super friendly staff and nice venue. I shake my head at the town of Readfield for forcing this place to close. Now the only reason to come to Readfield is for By The Board Lumber company...

Friendly rustic dining but the pizza was not good

Great little spot! The food is always awesome!...Sarah is a terrific addition to the Kitchen. It's nice to have a good place for brunch and dinners without having to go into Augusta. We love it!

C-L-O-S-E-D since 2017, due to the tireless efforts of Readfield's very own Grinch. What a waste. The Emporium was a Bohemian, where conversations and the arts both flourished. May it rest in peace.

Simple, short menu with standout, innovative pizzas. Excellent crusty baguettes, simple but stylish atmosphere and friendly informal service made our visit a delight.

From start to end poor experience. As my party walked in we were ignored and waited a while to be seated. After being seated we were given warm water with red solo cups as our glasses. Our pizza took over an hour from when we ordered and one was not what we ordered. The waitress did not ask if we wanted it remade as we ordered. We were not given napkins and our sodas were warm. From the start our party was treated as second class customers as I can only assume due to our age. I would not return to the pizza emporium and was very disappointed with the service. The food was okay

The Emporium has a short and interesting menu, with very reasonable prices and good choices. There are a number of interesting pizzas and usually a half a dozen other entrees. There's often music on the weekends, and the Celtic Jam is not to be missed. It's quite casual and families have a good time there. I particularly like the white pizza with fresh tomato and gorgonzola...
